Alan B. Graf, Jr., is executive vice president and chief financial officer of FedEx Corp., a $29 billion global corporation providing a broad portolio of transportation, e-commerce and business services. His responsibilities include all aspects of FedEx Corporation's global financial functions, including financial planning, treasury, tax, accounting and controls, internal audit and corporate development. Graf is a meber of the five-person Executive Committee, which is responsible for planning and executing the corporation's strategic business activities.
